Shipping (Despatch)

Shipping will occur between 48 and 72 hours after your payment has been received. You will receive a tracking number to enable you to know the delivery status of your purchase.

Generally you will receive your purchase 5 - 7 days after your purchase is placed in the hands of the carrier.

Great care is taken to ensure your purchase is of the highest quality, in perfect condition and is packaged to protect your purchase from damage on its journey to you. Quality control takes care of all this.

Sometimes, however, accidents happen and goods are damaged.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is damaged we ask that you notify us within 24 hours.

This is a rigidly maintained policy of the carriers. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS your claim if you do not notify us within 24 hours

IMPORTANT

Please check your purchase before accepting the package.

1. If your purchase should be damaged in transit please do not sign the Delivery Note or Proof of Delivery (POD) as "unexamined".  When you sign please state clearly that the package is damaged. Then please notify us within 24 hours of these facts. You should address your notification of damage to info@manufacturer-exporters.com within 24 hours of delivery quoting your name address and tracking number for ease of identification.

2. If the packaging  is obviously severely damaged please open the packaging while the carrier waits and check the product. If the product is damaged please do not sign the Delivery Note or Proof of Delivery (POD) but refuse delivery and indicate on the delivery Note that delivery has been refused because of damage to the consignment. We do ask you to notify us at info@manufacturer-exporters.com within 24 hours of this event.
